You can also draw on our many years of ex­perience with syndicated loans.

In Germany, our range of prod­ucts and services covers the entire value chain: from financ­ing to con­ceptual design, develop­ment and opera­tion of com­plex real estate projects. On an inter­national basis, in Europe and the U.S., we focus on lending and work with leading local and inter­national investors, devel­opers and funds.
