Helaba Asset Services Limited is a private company with share capital wholly owned by its parent, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale.

Helaba Dublin Landesbank Hessen Thüringen International (“Helaba Dublin”) was founded in 1990 and renamed Helaba Asset Services on December 9th, 2013. Helaba has submitted an unrestricted declaration of backing in favour of Helaba Asset Services to cover contractual obligations.

In view of its legal status and the provision of a declaration of backing from its parent, Helaba Asset Services is assigned a Long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of ‘A+’ with a Stable Outlook and a Short-term IDR of ‘F1+’ by the rating agency Fitch Ratings.
