Social media has become a key element of our corporate communication - and therefore an integral part of the bank's communication strategy - in recent years.
In order to provide both the Communication team as well as Helaba's staff with some guidance, we published the first version of our Social Media Guidelines back in 2016. Now, in this second edition, our goal is to provide members of staff with even greater confidence in their activities as well as to encourage them to participate in social media networks.
