"Place des Halles" shop­ping cen­tre, Stras­bourg

Helaba, in its capacity as sole arranger and lender, is providing long-term financing for LaSalle Investment Management of EUR 146m for a shop­ping mall north of Strasbourg’s city centre.

The shopping centre, which was completely refurbished in 2013, has a total lettable area of about 39,300 sqm and has been almost fully let to renowned French and international retailers. It is easily accessible thanks to its prominent location in the city centre of Strasbourg. Strasbourg is not only a tourist centre but also home to many European institutions and the preferred location for international companies that would like to establish a presence on the French market.

LaSalle Investment Management is a leading company in the real estate investment sector. In France, it manages a retail portfolio of approximately EUR 750 million.
