Simone Moser to step down from OFB's Management Board when her contract expires

Frankfurt am Main – Simone Moser (44) is to leave the Management Board of OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH at her own request upon expiry of her contract on 30 June 2024 in order to pursue new pro-fessional challenges.

Christian Schmid, a member of Helaba's Executive Board and Chair of OFB's Supervisory Board, regrets Simone Moser's decision and is grateful for her outstanding contribution to the company's success over recent years, which have proved challenging. The company has already begun the process of finding a successor.

As a member of OFB's Management Board, Simone Moser was responsible for the areas of controlling, finance, IT, organisation and human resources.
