ProSiebenSat.1's ­"New Campus"

Helaba to finance the construc­tion of the ProSiebenSat.1's ­"New Campus" in Unter­föhring as part of a consor­tium.

News Campus

Work on ProSiebenSat.1's "New Campus" in Unterföhring got underway on 17 September this year. Four studios equipped with the latest pro­duction and broad­casting techno­logy, flexible office and confe­rence rooms as well as a publicly accessible lobby will be built on an area of around 26,000 square metres. The campus brings together around 1,700 work­places that were previously spread across several buil­dings. Comple­tion of the invest­ment is scheduled for mid-2023. The new construc­tion pro­ject will be realised within the scope of a real estate lea­sing structure.
