The novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 is also increasingly spreading in Germany and Helaba takes this situation extremely seriously. We are carefully monitoring current developments and have introduced measures to help curb the spread of the virus. In doing so, we are acting in accordance with recommendations on reducing the need for personal contact – also known as social distancing - issued by the German Robert Koch Institute (RKI).

Despite everything that is going on within our bank in this regard - the important message for you is that we continue to be at your service.

In addition to our primary obligation to protect our employees, we are also committed to ensuring that our business operations can continue as normal. Our aim is that you - our clients - should not be disadvantaged in any way by this situation.
