Yves Ulrich appointed as new managing director of HIB Helaba Immobilienbewertung

Yves Ulrich will take over as head of the Helaba subsidiary HIB Helaba Gesellschaft für Immobilienbewertung mbH (Real Estate Valuation Company) from April 1st.

Yves Ulrich appointed as new managing director of HIB Helaba Immobilienbewertung

Yves Ulrich will take over as head of the Helaba subsidiary HIB Helaba Gesellschaft für Immobilienbewertung mbH (Real Estate Valuation Company) from April 1, 2025. The 51-year-old graduate in industrial engineering is an experienced industry expert who has been recruited to join the management team. He takes over from Maximilian Frings, who left HIB at the end of 2024 after more than a decade of dedicated leadership. 

In addition to a degree in industrial engineering and numerous certifications, Yves Ulrich brings a high level of leadership skills and extensive expertise to his new position. Before joining HIB, he held a management position in real estate valuation at LBBW in Mainz. Ulrich is also involved in numerous industry committees and is, among other things, a mem-ber of the HypZert GmbH examination board and the working group of experts of the Ger-man Savings Banks and Giro Association / Central Covered Bond Office.

Helaba Gesellschaft für Immobilienbewertung mbH is a subsidiary of Helaba with offices in Frankfurt am Main, Erfurt and Düsseldorf. The company serves as a center of competence for the Helaba Group and the Savings Banks throughout Germany.
