Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) and Schwarz Digits - the Schwarz Group's digital specialist - have forged a strategic partnership with the goal of collaborating on the development of digital solutions that strengthen the financial sector's digital sovereignty while promoting European values and standards.
Bundling Schwarz Digits' technological capabilities and Helaba's financial expertise lies at the heart of this cooperation. Together, both companies aim to create innovative applications tailored to the needs of the industry, particularly in respect of artificial intelligence and digital marketplaces. Key principles in this partnership include the use of open source technology combined with transparent processes and strict adherence to European data protection and security standards.

The partnership is embedded in DataHub Europe, an initiative launched by Schwarz Digits. The objective is to establish sovereign data infrastructure, operated in Europe, which enables companies and institutions to manage and access their data securely and in compliance with legal requirements.
