Herbert Hans Grüntker retiring - Thomas Groß to succeed him

Herbert Hans Grüntker will be retiring from his position as Chairman of Helaba's Board of Managing Directors on 31 May, 2020

Grüntker assumed his role as Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors in 2015. In December 2019, the Supervisory Board and the Board of Owners appointed Thomas Groß (54) as his successor. Groß, who has been a member of Helaba's Board of Managing Direc-tors since 2012 and was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Managing Directors in October 2015, will be taking up his new position on 1 June 2020.
