Analyst (w/m/d) Real Estate Finance - Stockholm (2022/540)
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively and successfully interact with Helaba's Real Estate Finance division at the Stockholm Branch and product- and specialist units in Frankfurt
- Responsible for preparing financial and non-financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, ESG analysis, KYC et al.
- Assist in the preparation and structuring of high quality credit papers as basis for decision making
- Participate in portfolio analysis, internal market reports and other ad hoc tasks
- Compile and quality check material for successful handover of new loans to Credit Risk division
- Support the culture of strong financial controls, compliance and regulatory frameworks
Your qualification:
- University’s degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant degree
- 2-5 years of general work experience in real estate financing origination or credit management
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Languages: Strong business English and German (both spoken and written), Nordic language desirable
